Pros

Good $$$ if you exceed goals.. typically happens once and then they make the goals unobtainable.

Cons

Every man for themselves.. no loyalty to their employees, their patients or their referrals. Teamwork is nonexistent. The top barks orders, provides no solutions and just expects miracles to happen. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing between corporate, billing, and the ops team and operations is the only team held accountable for anything.

Lots of overtime avaliable even of you don't want it.

Poor management, always on call, no training. No work life balance. Management that belittles thier employees. Pay below market value.

Pays the bills... it's a job

Cons

No support from other branches of this company you have to interact with and constantly fixing their problems. No support from management outside local office. Constantly dealing with stupid people inside and outside of company. Constantly dealing with stupid regulations, laws, or policies. Over worked and under paid.
