So many, literally google this company & you’ll get an idea. Micromanaging, disorganization, low pay, upper management is clueless You’re always hunting down paperwork you need to do your job because management doesn’t hold branches accountable for doing their jobs & getting paperwork from drivers. Lincare has several “centers” or branches around the country under other names. Leaving Lincare for various shady reasons thinking they’re going to a competitor, but patients are really going to another Lincare controlled company doing business under another name.

No concern about Employee $$ bottom dollar speaks loudest. Worked hard to get rid of dedicated staff at all levels after takeover. Has earned its reputation from customers as well as its employees as bad. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, then they make a policy. Only perfect individuals should apply.
