Networking. Experience for something better.

Cons

Management is not willing to hire staff to support their current employees, even when they beg for help. Even when their reps are consistently exceeding goal each month. If you ask for a raise, for additional support, for tools to succeed, it will be a no every time. Doesn’t matter how hard you work to grow the business and prove your worth. It means nothing.
