      Flexible schedule and autonomy. Commission pay is great as long as numbers are pulling in

      They need to have a company credit card. Lunches can be scheduled more frequently instead of of less often due to balancing the budget of reimbursements that come in

      Most of the people you work with are great.

      Cons

      Upper Management overall stinks. Always want to hide things from employees instead of just being honest about issues that may be going on. Like a secret Club. Pay is really not that great for the hours you are expected to work.
