If you are working in the Texas region God bless you. Was on my 14th year with the company and had to deal with the regional VP regularly due my direct regional supervisor leaving and it was awful. There was no understanding of the lack of positions that I was awarded after Medicare cuts. I had lead the region in numerous categories on an annual basis, but because my numbers on key growth areas weren’t where she wanted them to be, although what was asked was never available to me, I was let go. I was asked to grow NHV business but the company saw it fit to not allow that specific unit to be housed. There was an approval process for everything. We had to cover 6 counties with 3 service reps and one RT. I take full responsibility for my actions but when I was let go, an unapproachable person asked why I didn’t email her in regards to a situation that she already knew was happening referring to our lack of man power. (Had already told her face to face)
