      Pros

      I am a data indexer for Lincare and it is the best job I have ever had. I love being able to work with numbers and data so this was the perfect job for me. My managers are incredibly nice/helpful, great hours, and a nice starting out pay.

      Cons

      Not many cons for a data indexer but I am sure the phones/sales team has cons when it comes to the not so nice customers.

      Pros

      As one of the largest employers of Respiratory Therapists, Lincare offers an opportunity for RTs to advance and grow outside of just the clinical atmosphere. In hospitals, advancement opportunities can be limited for RTs, as many organizations give preference to RNs in upper and senior leadership positions. Lincare offers opportunities to advance into various leadership positions, and has many locations throughout the US. There are different areas of Lincare other than home health which make a large, positive impact on the community.
