- Left to my own devices once I had enough tenure at the company - Potential for bonuses and overtime - At the corporate office, it was fairly easy to transfer to different teams if you showed interest and potential

Cons

- I was there for 10 years and in my last year, the department I was in was micro-managing to an uncomfortable degree - Favoritism definitely existed. Although the potential for bonuses existed, I often found myself frustrated that I made the same amount of a fellow employee who notoriously fell asleep at their desk. - Drama was constantly seething beneath the surface
