      Worst workplace I have ever seen in my life.

      Pros

      There aren't any. The company seems to pride itself on providing employees and patients the absolute bare minimum.

      Cons

      You'll notice something "off" the day you start. Coworkers are cliquish avoid eye contact unless on you're on their team. The office is dirty, things are broken, and nobody bothers to fix them. The internet, phones, and applications that you need to get the job done break, disconnect, and malfunction mulitiple times daily. The benefits are horridly bad and not even worth having. Management is rude and hostile. Everyone is overworked, stressed, and miserable. And the pay is below average, even though your workload is tremendous.

      Understaffed. Doing the jobs of 3 people they won't replace. Getting harassed by managers because you don't hit the unrealistic goals placed by corporate.(Hello, do you think not having enough people may have something to do with it?)Gossip. Patients yelling at you. Stay away.

      None. I have nothing positive to say about Lincare

      Cons

      Lincare doesn't care about their employees or patients. At the end of the day they are in it for the money. They send all employees quarterly emails stating how sales are down and we "need to do better" all the employees are severely underpaid. We don't make enough to make a decent living. Lincare also just decided to change their PTO Policy without any prior communication to its employees. They changed it three weeks into the new year. Thus screwing all employees over. At the end of the day they want to fill their pockets and the CEO doesn't care how it effects their employees. You can bet I am currently looking for another job.
