      Employer did not look at patient's as people, they were just a number to them

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with patients and knowing that I was helping to increase their life span

      Cons

      Patient's were numbers not people and during my time employed, was trying to take advantage of the MCR patient's by having my customer service reps get them to sign an ABN to pay for the loss of monthly concentrator and tank rentals due to MCR cuts without giving them any knowledge of what they were signing.

      Don’t work weekends or holidays

      Cons

      Management reprimands instead of trains. I came in with little medical knowledge and they knew that when they hired me. They should be a little more patient now while I’m learning.

      Pros

      I like my co-workers. Other than that, nothing.

      Cons

      They pay terribly, training is a joke, consistently understaffed because management is completely awful and will use intimidation tactics and interrogation to bully you. Management has been reported to HR on multiple occasions, but nothing gets done. It’s not worth your time.
