      Great training team. Thorough interview process , incentive pay? Base pay.

      Cons

      The dept I'm in uses a software program from 1975 (i think)...very unusual modules during training . Incentive pay is not structured, hard to determine what pay will be each wk/mth commission wise. Base pay could be a bit higher also. It is a lot of information to learn;-) Floating holiday not given at this Co.

      Not many, but it was nice to get treated to coffee or doughnuts by sales reps who would come into the office.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, and not supported by management. Thrown into the wolves without much training.

      Pros

      Some of the people working here are very nice and helpful. I'm sure outside of Lincare they are all good people.

      Cons

      No learning and development plan, no performance feedback and endless micromanagement. There is a feud between leaders within the organization that creates animosity within the same department. When ideas are presented, they are shot down without a thought if it would work. Then it is held against you that you are not bringing ideas to the table.
