Before Linde took over Lincare was a good company to work for. Currently employees can expect* very poor training and a severe lack of training, to be given a different answer daily on how something should be done , unfeasible workloads, outdated computer system , everything is top secret and management is continually dishonest with employees, poor treatment of employees, no room for advancement , poor medical benefits , constant unfounded threats of termination, hostile environment, favoritism, low wages and currently no raises as they are frozen, age discrimination during layoffs, and an unprecedented high employee turnover, are all endured every work day. Now they are Outsourcing jobs to Guatemala. The company is greedy and does not take care of its employees. The people with longevity are targets because they are costing the company too much money . You don't want to work here.
