People could be expressing their fear of DYING in their sleep due to lack of supplies and management’s main concern would be how long your call is and urge you to shuffle them onto the next person. Micromanagement was also through the roof. My supervisor constantly PM’d me and joined my calls unsolicited and ultimately insinuated I was putting customers on hold for no reason, did something so she couldn’t hear my call, AND marked me as a no call/no show when my days off were approved BEFORE my start date. This is the ONLY job I’ve ever quit mid-shift. Take your chances somewhere else.
