      Pros

      Coworkers at the time were cool to work with. The work schedule was flexible. The work load can be overwhelming at times but manageable.

      Cons

      Management does not have your back. You will be asked to travel to other locations without a company car or gas card. Low pay. Don't expect any bonuses, it just doesn't happen. You will be on-call.

      My coworkers if you have a good core of people in your office it is somewhat bearable.

      Cons

      Upper Management. Staring with the area manager if your area manager isn't good and unfair you don't stand a chance. Regional Manager if you area manager isn't any good your not going to get help from your regional manager. After 30 years in the workforce this was by far my worst experience working for a company. In closing I would say work anywhere else other than this place.
