      Pros

      Good vacation time, but you get treated badly when you take time off and come back to twice the work.

      Cons

      Literally everything. This is a terrible place to work. The culture is horrible, there is no training, zero work-life balance. They expect you to give them your whole life while the treat you like you’re not even a human being. The work load is unreasonable and frankly dangerous for service techs who drive. There is no accountability so no one does their job or even knows how to. Their computer systems are horrible and tech support is basically nonexistent. Upper management has no idea what’s happening at the locations and tell you to “figure it out”. They are chronically short staffed and made to just deal with it and no cares to find out why they can’t keep employees.

      Everything. The will lie and back stab you, they lie to patients and employees. One Google search will show you law suites from employees and patients. Every horrible review that is posted from employees and patients is true.
