      It has its pros and cons

      Pros

      You don’t have to work any weekends like at hospital . The benefit packages are pretty good .

      Cons

      You are not even a RT anymore. You feel like you’re there to make sales. You have to drive your own car into the dirt with little compensation . You are responsible for so much and it’s hard to keep up.

      Pros

      Fulfilling, busy, cool local coworkers. Everyone in the local office is incredible.

      Cons

      50% of your down time is on call and the corporate office is straight up abusive. Several of my coworkers were in tears in the same week before I left due to things that had been said to them about how "little" they worked when we were all racking up copious amounts of overtime with non zero breaks.
