Good job to get experience on your resume for a real medical sales career. Lincare is not a career company it is a stepping stone. You will see this by their extremely high turnover in all positions in the company.

Cons

Read the other reviews and you will know the cons. My personal problem is I feel like a courier for lincare. Always going back and forth getting corrections made which is not a real sales job. Working held sales can become a full time position for a sales rep if they want to collect commissions. You will not get paid until all required documentation has been collected and even then the regional billing office has such high turnover nobody knows what they are doing in that department so commissions are held up. Stay for 1-2 years and move on.
