You will be run ragged and not appreciated! I worked 1 and a half years for Lincare. I ran 2 routes for my own center then ran across the city to run routes for another center! 12-14 hour days are great if you never want to see your family! I took charge and reorganized the warehouse, re-established all of the routes, created professional-looking forms for the office, and regained patient confidence in the company. For this, I was fired for receiving a citation (for which the judge dropped the charges!) No, I transferred from one center on the other side of the country thinking that things would improve but it turns out that all three centers are messed up!
I have been nothing but happy since I left Lincare! If you really need work, take it but be on the hunt for something better (if you can find the time)!! Good luck! :)
