Gained Experience, a paycheck, and friends here. There are really no other pros that come to mind.

Cons

Entry level employees work long hours, usually understaffed offices because nobody wants to stay long term, upper management positions only focused on the $$$ not the employee or customer

Lincare upper management consider employees very disposable....very high turn-over of employees at Lincare. Employees are overworked and underpaid and have to work with archaic computer systems. Lots more cons

Training is the only thing that is good at this company...

Cons

Everything is awful - reimbursements constantly get kicked back, doctor's offices look at you as a joke and don't take you seriously. Company is going down hill fast!
