Pros

Its a tough job and all the pieces have to be in place to be successful. It can be frustrating at times but if you put in the time and make your managers happy, you can do it for a long time.

Cons

You are far too dependent on others to be successful. Management has no clear direction or foresight when making decisions. Plan on getting paid for 2/3 of what you sell.

This was a good place to work because of flexibility. I enjoyed working here because of the flexibility and the hours were good

Cons

on call on the week ends. every other. This was one of a few cons for working here.
