      LOVE many of my accounts that I have been able to develop solid relationships with

      No communication within the center and CERTAINLY not from anyone from AM level up. Horrible Salary. Comns were cut drastically for foonths without any warning whatsoever, then "restructured" at half of what we used to be paid. Meanwhile, corporate management complains aboonly making 1 or million the previous year versus the 3+ they used to take home

      Chosen overtime, busy, easy-going, great pay for the experienced

      Cons

      lack of HARD workers, some people throw you under the bus to get somewhere, lack of communication but what job has everything? I guess I have worked crappier companies like WELLPOINT for many years and just love this job too much compared. I wouldn't give it up for nothing and I work in one of the busier centers. To the complainers, I am sure there is someone who is on unemployment who would love your job right now.

      The Worst Company I've ever work with.

      Pros

      Health insurance, Local people I worked with were dedicated and worked very hard as a team. Despite the District and Regional Managers poor skill set.

      Cons

      Very poor District Managers with absolutely no knowledge of the day to day operations of individual centers. Don;t have a Sales Rep, CSR or a driver. No problem let the center manager do it all. They are salaried so no overtime to pay. If the manager doesn't hit the unrealistic monthly goals fire them an get a new one. That is the basic Lincare policy. You must hit your goals regardless of the of circumstance. Computer technology is archaic AS400 is a joke. Must have been designed by the people Microsoft fired.
