Local managers are nice and helpful Working with patients is nice

Cons

Horrible management from higher ups with lots of micromanaging Billing department is horrible making the whole company look bad, and I’m pretty certain they do fraudulent activity The usually have 3 different departments working on the same things and each one tells you to do it differently They don’t care about the patient only about $ They expect too much from one person Goals are not based in reality They are constantly being penalized for fraudulent activity and threatened to be shut down National company that has no idea what local state Medicaid rules are.

My experience significantly changed my perspective on remote work environments. After going through a serious medical condition that required emergency surgery, I returned to work and was expected to immediately perform at full capacity. Despite management being aware of my situation, I was issued a final warning rather than receiving understanding or support. This made me feel undervalued and disregarded as an employee. Additionally, the pay is very low compared to the workload and expectations

Benefits are expensive, but good vacation time is pretty good too

Cons

As a seller manager, you have so much responsibility on running the whole office the money that they pay you is definitely not worth the work that you have to do and the responsibility you have it’s definitely a $75,000 year job plus commission all day long job is very demanding and that’s OK but definitely not worth the base salary they give you especially if they can’t get in touch with a driver. They call you if somebody has a down concentrator
