Both the mentor and the manager were very poor, and the training provided was insufficient. While I was employed, I reached out to my manager about work issues, but never received a response, reflecting a lack of responsibility. Initially, I blamed myself, but after moving to a new company where I was valued and received a raise, I realized that the management and mentorship at Lincare were severely lacking.

Regional management is terrible, old school and needs to be replaced.
