Do not have training for the CSR but send the managers, Health Specialists, drivers, and the Marketing people out of town or local to hold training classes for weeks. I started the job in 02/2018 and got fired 04/2018 because I was not performing. With all the work I had to do as well as prices orders I needed more training I ask my supervisor as well as my manager boss I did not get help. This company has a huge high turn over rate. I was told that they fire people often and even the customers told me it's always a new person and they cant keep anybody in that position for long.

What’s interesting is that everyone is providing reviews on here that are 100% valid. I know because I saw all of these things for myself during my tenure. COO is not qualified to be in the position and motivates through intimidating people. HR manager monitors the key card door swipes to make sure nobody comes in 1 minute late or leaves 1 minute early. Not to mention HR breached our data and tried to sweep it under the rug. Does this sound like a place that is focusing on the right type of activity or creating a positive culture? Turnover is over 40% however the executives justify this by saying “its industry standard”. It was an experience I will never forget to say the least.
