If you are not well liked you will be targeted and eventually fired. HR department and Employee Relations Department are totally unethical and do not use HR by laws when basing their decision. You could have the proof and provide it to HR for them to tell you that your case is pending review. To eventually being closed without any explanation. Or they tell you the review of your case is closed and they cannot disclose details. They condone targeting racism and sexism bullying and creating a hostile work environment at this company. They violate HIPPA. The majority or the sales reps at the company are using their private phones and computers to handle classified information concerning patients. Their billing practices they are willing to forge documents and act as providers submitting paper work on the behalf of the provider. When they are considered a 3rd party vendor. Remote workers are also using their personal phones and computers to work assignments that require them to view patient private information and account information. As this is condoned by the company. They are unable to provide computers or phones… to do their work. They rely on your personal items when doing their work. Constant changes are made their are no policies in place for these changes but will try to write you up based on what they created in an email 5 seconds ago. The work areas are horrible not enough room to house employees. There is no running hot water as you are expect to wash your hands in cold water which is not clean and conduct patient care by touching individual when doing and completing demonstrations on how to work equipment. No space and employees are in top of eachother. Very dirty work area. They pride themselves in having businesses in industrial areas but the neighborhoods are dangerous and the areas being rented are infested with rats and insects. Warehouses are broken into at times.
