Pros

Mon-Friday no weekends, holidays off, PTO is pretty nice.

Cons

Depends on the Center and the people running it, but I'd say a lot of toxic title pride, "I can, but you can't" mentality. Not good for keeping employees. Pay and work load is not balanced, no insensitive to work harder for close to minimum wage beyond "Job security"

“Work for an industry leader”

Cons

Base pay plus unlimited commissions sounds nice, until you realize the company isn’t properly training associates to process the orders you’re bringing in, which equals zero commissions. The higher the ladder you climb with your problems, the less they care. It’s standard practice here to not process doctors orders.
