Pros

They have the largest wind turbine in Ohio, that is never used to it's full potential.

Cons

Another year of record profits and high stock prices, and another year of below average pay. Nothing but empty promises and poor treatment. The company will keep most of your pay gaining interest on YOUR earned money then give it back to you at the end of the year, after they reduce it to almost nothing via your health care expenses. It has become so bad that they are now paying employees to find replacements for all of the people that are leaving. A once great company now in a downward spiral.

Met some good people while working there.

Cons

Salary, Benefits, Bonus, Middle Management, Work / Life Balance Expected to have your life revolve around Lincoln. It's a job. There are many others out there. Treat your employees better. Belittling or berating your employees doesn't help them or encourage them at all.

Pros

A place where you can gain knowledge of mazak machines so you can find another job you are better suited for. Work is not hard and no pressure to do the work. If you are lazy and just want a paycheck this place will probably be to your likening.

Cons

This company has a very poor management system to the point of being an unprofessional work environment. Management allows their favorite employees to terrorize, harass and victimize employees without any penalty or discipline. Management is also involved in constant discrimination due to corporate financial politics which the management system is very much involved in. This is a big company with big problem and as an employee it becomes your problem..........55 machinist on duty and at least 20 have applied to other companies. This is a road you will travel at your own risk.
