      Pros

      Autonomy to lead team, perfect size utility to get involved with generation, transmission, distribution and customer interactions, benefits are great, fantastic people to work with, opportunities to attend conferences and work learn from other utilities, being part of the public power culture is great

      Cons

      Very little to call a con. The opportunity for advancement can be a bit limited from a title change perspective, but you can get job enrichment from working on projects, volunteering for committees and development of one's job responsibilities.
