Pros

Good culture, at least under my manager. Great job. Not trying to sell to people or waste their time, probably the best type of 'over the phone' job you can ask for with no experience if you want to feel like you're helping people. Empathy is a big plus.

Cons

Some of the quality standards can be difficult to meet if you are not paying attention to what you are doing.

Pros

Independent work for the most part training was very thorough and engaging.

Cons

I didn't care for the break structure it was only 30 mins if you wanted an hour break you had to request it from HR and it was granted at their discretion.
