      Working for this company was a bittersweet experience. I appreciated the supportive coworkers and the opportunity to learn new skills, but there were challenges with management communication and limited growth opportunities. Overall, it was a valuable experience that helped me grow professionally.

      Work with great hard working people

      Cons

      Senior leadership clearly doesnt care about feedback or people. The support, org changes (layoffs) with rehires for same/similar positions and lack of competitive pay & merit raises for years is concerning. If you want an Employer who is fine never being first, waiting to see how their competition does stuff and being middle of the road for pay (and doesnt adjust for COLA or state differences in cost of living) this is the place to work.
