Pros

Good benefits It is a paying job, though it doesn't pay nearly enough for what is expected.

Cons

The overtime is ridiculous, and the solutions that are implemented to fix the problem are only short-term solutions. They need to hire more full-time employees, and pay them better and treat them with more respect if they want them to stick around longer. The micromanagement has gotten out of hand lately, thanks to the consultants that were brought in and made things worse and actually caused more overtime since so many tenured employees quit because of their asinine rules. Due to their influence, it is now almost impossible to take a day off even though employees are given quite a bit of PTO.

Pros

401K, PTO - holidays, parking garage,Cafeteria & Starbucks that you can charge to your paycheck, work remote when bad weather.

Cons

Too many managers working from different locations and do not see the day to day struggles or do not care. Too may employees showing up retired when they do show up. Good workers leaving in droves to competitors.

Pros

Continual leadership openings and availability based on 10+ year cycle of turnover.

Cons

LNC uses LFG to consolidate company losses in other areas. Any two bad quarters reported Wall Street means you're going to be fired... soon.
