Cons

Current division feels and acts like a start up with all the same start up headaches. Management and directional changes at the top literally flip flop every other year.

Quick recognition of potential, combined sick/vacation time package so you don't have to pretend to be sick, high 401k match, nice building/facility, transparent management style, lower than normal levels of office politics, dignified, respect for the employee and client, quick promotion, lots of encouragement, and the most impressive: they give it to you straight whether it's good or bad (recognizing when it's less than desirable, but set proper time expectations and stick to their word)

Cons

The cafeteria food was a little expensive, parking was difficult, has a little bit of a "big brother" aspect (although that's essential in the financial services industry)
