great work/life balance and benefits package. Opportunity to grow within your career and will provide educational assistance. Teams are driven for success of the project/team/individual.

Cons

hiring process is long and somewhat challenging. Onboarding could be better but management is working on streamlining the process. Ability to create and drive change is there.
