      Great PTO and convenient location. Possibility of advancement if you know the right people. Opportunity to advance education

      Cons

      No employee input. No feeling for family lives. basically you are used for what you have to offer and when you ass no longer need you the particular job if they like you you can move if not oh well

      Pros

      The salary paid is okay for the area, and the benefits are better than most companies, also the ability to have your college classes paid for is a plus.

      Cons

      stress levels are high in most areas due to the large volume of workloads since the staffing is low at this time to help save money, more staff needs to be added
