      Pros

      I genuinely like working for Euphoria Institute. I have only been working here for a little over a month and my coworkers are super nice and willing to help me out. Knowing that my managers and coworkers had my back in helping me, especially when we opened, made me less stressed about everything!

      Honestly, everyone has been super supportive and helpful so I don't have any cons.

      Your work helps students realize their potential for amazing careers. You get to build connections with students from various backgrounds and help them achieve their goals. Often times the careers that students begin upon graduation provide life changing income for them and their families.

      Cons

      Some students are not able to overcome the challenges they face in their personal lives. We get to know our students very well and some are in difficult situations outside of school that unfortunately we are unable to solve for them.
