      Pros

      Very family-oriented culture offering flexibility and a relaxed work environment. As long as you meet your goals and fulfill your job responsibilities, you are not micromanaged.

      Cons

      Pay based on title is not comparable to what you'll find in other companies. However, there are intangibles and added value that should be considered in lieu of that pay difference. More importantly, increased scrutiny and regulation of the sector has made for-profit companies, such as this one, become continuously unstable.
