      Very rewarding job when educating adults in a specific field of interest. Knowing that you are able to help with career modifications and or displaced workers learn a new career.

      Cons

      Extremely high insurance premiums and very low to no yearly wage increases. This equates to a loss in pay if you are forced to buy into the health insurance plans.
