      Pros

      Had a great overall company mission and adherence to it. They had a great HR department and friendly upper management.

      Cons

      They don't promote from within enough.

      Pros

      Directors were always helpful, training was great. Meeting and helping students was a very warm experience. Personal office, and more than enough necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.

      Cons

      Some late evenings, other advisors unwilling to help. Admissions team and financial aid do not communicate as necessary. Some "established" individuals thought they were above the rest.

      Pros

      Admission of motivated & capable students. The employees are dedicated and interested in doing a great job. It is an honor to educate.

      Cons

      Employer pays Nursing Instructors a sub par uncompetitive salary which is absurd. No advancement opportunities. The company is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange at roughly $0.41 cents per share. Company is likely going to delisted on the stock exchange. Management recently borrowed a significant dollar amount in the millions. The senior leadership does not invest in their employees. There is persistent employee turnover.
