Pay is decent for the work I was doing.

Cons

High stress, lack of positivity. Enrollments were down when I worked their making opportunity to advance impossible. Not a great work/ life balance depending on your department.

Pros

They offer Health Benefits, Paid Vacations, a 401 K plan and most of the staff is down to earth and great to work with.

Cons

Hostile work environment in a few departments. Upper Management did not take employee complaints or concerns seriously. Even when they reported to the corporate office, those complaints were sent back down to the executive director back at the school level.

I have worked for Lincoln for 2 yrs and I have never been more appalled by their treatment towards staff and students.

Prior to Lincoln we were a privately owned school where the owner actually cared about the quality of education that was being delivered. We worked and acted like family and there was no doubt at the end of the day we delivered high quality students into the EMS world. Unfortunately Lincoln came in and well the end is history. I can't name anything good that came about through working for Lincoln Educational Services

Cons

Lincoln has laid off several employees since they took over our school. Not once did they call the employee and tell them they were terminated they just waited for them to find out. Last week they announced the closing of our school in 2 weeks with students 8-10 mths into a yr long program. They told the students by handing them a memo to read. Poor leadership, poor judgement, and zero morals. Don't work for this company or go to school with them...
