      Only a short time there but good experience.

      Pros

      I was welcomed warmly and trained with the DOA and felt that I could have a successful experience there. It was like a team and there was support to help when you felt lost. The hors were good and allowed my to do some personal responsibilities I had.

      Cons

      I didn't have a real chance to be successful and was let go after 6 months. It was a downsizing which wasn't fair to me because I was the last one hired.

      -too much "high-school" type nonsenses in other departments -politics from corporate

      Good While it Lasted

      Pros

      Good pay, many fun-to-be-with co-workers, variety in work, opportunities to try (and so learn how to do) things no other job would have let me do without prior experience.

      Cons

      For-profit education as we knew it faces insurmountable obstacles from all fronts; I can't imagine the company will be in business much longer without huge changes in the ways it recruits its students, who, though generally very polite and pleasant, are often not interested in or capable of doing college-level work.
