Pros
Pay was good above that of other schools. Promotions from within, good environment, students were awesome, lots of overtime opportunities. Layoffs are rare. You get your car worked on for free. Most of the senior corporate staff is down to earth and approachable.
Cons
Job security for all is based on student enrollment which can be volatile based on the talents of the admissions team. Unfortunately the admissions team has a high turnover rate because I believe they are not passionate about the subjects the school offers. How can you sell something you don't believe in? Constant new faces in admissions it didn't make sense learning their names because they would be gone in a month or two.
