nothing bad to say, it seems too good to be true, but that is the way it is.

Not a good place to work. As part of the security department, more and more work has been heaped upon us without salary increases. Mandatory overtime demands made on security staff without giving notice. Management is not concerned with our personal plans or schedules. Many students are practically illiterate. No SAT test scores are required, just a simple "entrance test" and proof you can pay the fees and you're admitted. Many enrollees (hard to call them "students) come from troubled backgrounds. Several think nothing of destroying property--kicking holes in walls and breaking apartment doors and throwing trash on the floors of their own residence hallways. Roofs leak and buckets appear everywhere during storms. Carpets are buckling and present a hazardous situation. There have been many spontaneous layoffs, though not in security, mostly based on salary. If there are two employees in a department, one will be let go based on his/her higher pay.
