      Pros

      Campus staff, for the most part, are great people to work with. Very rewarding working with students, pushing them to be better or giving support when they need it.

      Cons

      Education is great... but company morals and ethics... not so much. Students have become a dollar sign in a chair... staff are completely disposable... company shows no loyalty to staff.

      Good benefits, health insurance and life insurance etc. This part of the job is really good, rest ......well...

      Cons

      Been with this school for 4 years and it has been a living heck. Ive seen tons of people come and go. Its a toxic job. Mostly due the national admissions directors unrealistic expectations. Its a use em up and throw em out kind of job. No respect for employees, everyone is just the "Help"
