Pay is decent and some coworkers are tolerable

Cons

Nashville is experiencing high growth but nobody knows what they are doing and communication is very lacking. Multiple areas of opportunity. The departments are clicky. Be aware of the open admissions and just know the majority of the students have long rap sheets and continue to do illegal things while in their program
