Through my 20 years of experience with Lincoln I have held many positions as I moved up through the company. I have always felt supported by management and when I said I was ready to move up they not only encouraged me but also worked with me directly to ensure that I was ready.

Cons

Starting pay isn't that great but as you prove yourself your pay will go up.

Pros

The team here is outstanding, and I feel lucky to work with such supportive and kind colleagues. Management genuinely cares about our well-being and actively encourages taking time off. The hybrid work model allows for a fantastic work-life balance. Lincoln also offers a generous PTO policy, along with separate sick leave and a variety of other benefits. Internal promotions are strongly encouraged and occur fairly frequently.

Cons

Compensation is on the lower end, and the workload can get overwhelming.

Cons

Compensation is relatively low compared to the workload. Limited communication around professional development/career growth - but if you have the conversation yourself, you will get answers.
