      The best people that I worked with worked offsite. Learning experience Easy job

      Pay does not anywhere meet the requirements of the role. Unprofessional behavior from leadership. Hostile behavior and language from leadership Lack of training for professional leadership. Not open to questions or clarifications. Leadership does not take an interest in training or developing their employees, across the board. The campus president truly does not have a firm grasp on how the individual departments work. Not open to suggestions for PD or improvements. Corporate policies are often not followed. Instructors literally cursed at students. Lack of general organization left students generally confused

      Pros

      I worked for the Marketing department - everyone was busy, polite and helpful. Colleagues had a high level of marketing expertise in general.

      Cons

      Sometimes it felt like the place lacked spirit. The team was small enough to be a cohesive, friendly group, but it felt like there wasn't alignment toward a greater vision.
