      Soul CRUSHING environment for honest/hard working sale's people. Sad that it is driven by management.

      Pros

      OUTSTANDING ability to positively affect a student's life and career trajectory. Great instructors - but the path to them is difficult and absurd.

      Cons

      Hostile and toxic sale's environment where team members (that have successfully bullied/threatened management) rule the roost and have carte blanche on intimidating/threatening other team members without consequence - where they can steal students and negatively affect your performance without remorse. Sadly, management (although advised) is complicate in this dysfunction. I have experienced 'many' students and their parents experiencing this dysfunction.

      Great work environment Team oriented Director of admissions is hands down the best manager Good pay Great benefits & paid time off

      Cons

      Admissions can be stressful at times, but the pros far outweigh any of the normal expected drawbacks of an admissions position
