      Too Much Micromanaging

      Pros

      Good place to work. Friendly staff. Most all of the teachers are there to actually teach and want to see the students succeed and get placed in jobs.

      Cons

      Too many people below the director tend to micromanage way too much. Student to teacher ratio is unrealistic at times but good for the most part.
