      Lincoln Tech may be a good school for students but a bad place for employees

      Pros

      Team I worked with was great- effective with teamwork and communication to help each other out. Good benefit selection and holidays off

      Cons

      -Boss was terrible to work with, unwilling to listen to requests for help or solutions, and liked to micromanage his team and take credit for staff successes. -Not much commitment to diversity in student or staff populations. -Very poor pay rate and no incentive pay to meet numbers. -The data system is very outdated and did not function to help us meet our daily goals - we had to move data to excel spreadsheets to help manage our activity.

      Pros

      In every position you have the opportunity to impact student lives for the better. It's rare to find a job you can be a part of helping people change their lives

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch with what goes on at the campus level, it's all numbers to them and stuck in old school ways wanting.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      The targeted demographic is unethical. They view everyone as a number and not a person. The numbers are unrealistic. You are constantly threatened about losing your job. The number of phone calls does not equate to the number of interviews.
