Pros

Great place to get experience teaching with kids, watching the children reach their learning goals is humbling, most managers are great, and team employees are genuine.

Cons

Very sales forward. Center directors will take children who may have needs and medical disabilities that are beyond Lindamood. Teachers are not educated in working with children with special needs or other medical disabilities that may need additional training. Work can be repetitive and tiring , and their tends to be a high turn over rate been clinicians and consultants.

Very amicable and will work with you if you need it.

Cons

Training and testing to get in can be a rough barrier, but if you push through it, it can defintley be worth it.
