the stress and amount of work they put on you is not worth the measly pay. they require so much and show no appreciation

The training was to a high standard.

The management micro managed every move. I have never been made to feel so incompetent in my life. I remember the job as one of the most stressful times of my life.

While we are disappointed to read comments about a lack of appreciation, we value the feedback. We make changes based on input like yours. For example, we recently made adjustments to our staff recognition program events and will continue to improve our communication in this regard.
